My passion is helping folx—especially those in the LGBTQQIP2SAA, kinky, and non-monogamous communities—navigate life’s challenges while feeling seen, heard, supported, and valued. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to face stigma and misunderstanding, and I’m committed to creating a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are.

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can breathe, be yourself, and work through whatever’s on your mind—without fear of judgment. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and somatic approaches to help with identity exploration, anxiety, emotional regulation, and healing from trauma. Most importantly, I strive to create an affirming environment where you can lean into leading an authentic, fulfilling life that feels true to you.”
