Megan Nemire: drawing on
strength-based counseling and art therapy.
Megan is a licensed professional counselor (LPC)
"I am an art and talk therapist who specializes in supporting women who are navigating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD), disability, chronic illness, as well as highly empathetic Autistic women. Women who are highly sensitive, experiencing executive functioning challenges, and sensory processing issues work well with my style.
I use an eclectic approach drawing from Client-Centered Therapy, Art Therapy, Strengths-based, Somatic therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. Together we explore patterns at your pace.
I love working with people who can be both silly, and dive deep when they know it will help them heal. I invite you to bring your own passions to therapy — strengths can be cultivated from many sources. My sweet cat occasionally joins the session to wish you well on your therapeutic journey. All sessions via Telehealth. I look forward to meeting you."
I specialize in supporting women who are highly sensitive, experiencing executive functioning challenges, and sensory processing issues.
