Hannah Thompson:
Working with individuals, teens, and couples
Hannah is a licensed professional counselor (LPC)
I work with individuals, couples, and teens to address anxiety, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem/identity, and relationship concerns. I enjoy working with folks from the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as neurodiverse clients. Let’s work together to explore the challenges that you are having and focus on solutions that will actually work for you.
I firmly believe that each individual or couple possesses an inherent capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can come up with doable next steps. Let’s get you back to feeling good. I am dually licensed as a licensed professional counselor and school counselor which informs my holistic, mindfulness-informed, approach. In sessions, I will always be on your team cheering you on and holding you accountable. I am direct and use humor often.
I would love the opportunity to join you in building the life that you want to be living, filled with meaning, laughter, and connection. I will be there for you as we discover your purpose, build your support network, and find what brings you joy through self-love and empowerment. I would be honored to work with you.
