Growth seekers, counselors (especially counselors in training), and those with loud inner critics are all good fits for my style. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and also love to work with folks from those communities. Some of my focus areas include adult ADHD, anxiety, stress, transitions, boundaries, body image, family relationships, attachment, codependency, and relationship issues. As a trauma-informed and social justice-oriented counselor, my goal is to help my clients befriend themselves. Sometimes this looks like cultivating self-compassion, or soothing the inner critic, or drawing on mindfulness and other practical tools. My transpersonal orientation includes the use of CBT, Gestalt, person-centered, self-compassion training, mindfulness, and parts work, all with a focus on personal growth and accountability.
